HOUSE MANAGERS will be needed 1 hour and 15 minutes before showtime (6:15 pm on Friday & Saturday, 12:45 pm on Sunday) until the end of the performance.

USHERS will be needed 45 minutes before showtime (6:45 pm on Friday & Saturday, 1:15 pm on Sundays) until the beginning of the performance.

CONCESSIONS will be needed 45 minutes before showtime (6:45 pm on Friday & Saturday, 1:15 pm on Sunday) until the beginning of the performance and during the 10-15 minute intermission (roughly 8:45 pm on Friday & Saturday, 3:15 pm on Sunday).

0/1 House Manager

Description: The House Manager is in charge of everything in the front of the theatre during a performance. Duties include: Scanning each patron's ticket and distributing paper programs to those who want them, coordinating the ushers, watching for items such as cameras, pagers and cell phones, being in the lobby during performances to answer phone calls or deal with other emergencies, checking with the Stage Manager regarding opening the house, beginning the performance, and starting it after intermission, checking the cleanliness of the restrooms, lobby, & theatre prior to patrons arriving and following the performance.

Requirements: TIME: 1 hour 15 minutes before curtain time until the end of the performance. || FRI & SAT = 6:15pm - 10:00pm | SUN = 12:45pm - 4:30pm

0/4 Usher

Description: A great opportunity to meet people and get involved with CP. Ushers greet the public, take tickets, help patrons find their seats, and hand out programs. We use 4 to 6 ushers per performance.

Requirements: TIME: 45 minutes prior to curtain time until the show begins. || FRI & SAT = 6:45pm - 7:30pm | SUN = 1:15pm - 2:00pm

0/2 Concessions

Description: One concessions volunteer will grab the items a patron orders while the other volunteer handles the money.

Requirements: TIME: 45 minutes prior to curtain time until the show begins and roughly 15 minute during the show's intermission. || FRI & SAT = 6:45pm - 8:45pm | SUN = 1:15pm - 3:15pm
